Carl is the managing attorney for Zacharia & Brown with offices in McKeesport and McMurray . Carl is licensed to practice law in both the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania as well as the State of Florida. He is also admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court Western District of Pennsylvania, U.S. Court of Appeals 3rd Circuit, the United States Supreme Court, the U.S. Court of Federal Claims and the United States Circuit Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit. He received his undergraduate degree from Washington and Jefferson College and his law degree from Duquesne University School of Law, where he was a published member of the Duquesne Law Review and where he served as an associate recent decisions editor. He is an extensive and frequent lecturer on estate planning and elder law topics. Carl also teaches on the subjects of Elder Law and Estate Planning at Community College of Allegheny County.
His practice focuses on assisting families deal with the legal and financial issues associated with the costs of long term and nursing home care.
