About Us
Dukane Radiator, Inc. was established in 1980 by Tom Stoner as part of a full service center. Incorporated in 1983, we soon became fleet-orientated, servicing United Parcel Service, Overnite Transportation, and PA Transit in the Pittsburgh area. We rebuild their transmission oil coolers when they could not find anyone else. Oil coolers eventually led to radiators and other cooling system components. The problems surrounding transit bus cooling systems lead Tom to Begin re-engineering, re-designing, and building his own replacements which corrected the reason why the failures occurred in the first place. Many designs have been patented and qualified by major engine manufacturers such as Cummings and Detroit Diesel. Years of Experience have made Dukane Radiator a source of the finest highest quality, longest lasting products in the mass transit industry.
