We have refurbished computers available for our customers. We recycle and or dispose of computers responsibly with our primary objective being recycling.

Computer Troubleshooters Honors Local Franchise Owner Jeff (12/31/69)
ATLANTA, Ga. (June 2011) – Local Computer Troubleshooters Franchise Owner Jeff Joll of Computer Troubleshooters - Pittsburgh was recently honored at the company’s Annual North American conference in Atlanta, Georgia.
Jeff was recognized at the annual Computer Troubleshooters North American Conference with the Rising Star Award. Running a local business in today’s economy is always a challenge but by offering great service and being part of a network of international professionals has helped Jeff reach certain milestones within two years from the opening of the business.
Computer Troubleshooters just completed its 12th annual North American Conference in Atlanta, Georgia, on June 26. The four-day event was packed with seminars, one-on-one workshops, and vendor presentations.
Franchisee attendees came from all over the United States and Canada, as well as several international locations. Franchisees received training during these workshops on new technology, including cloud computing, SEO (Search Engine Optimization) and MSP (Managed Service Plans).
Computer Troubleshooters with its 450+ worldwide franchisees was one of the first technology providers to introduce MSP (Managed Service Plans). Under MSP, a homeowner or small-business owner can purchase an all-encompassing monthly service plan for all technology needs instead of paying on a per-incident basis.
